About
Who runs this, and what we are willing to put in writing.
PartVPS sells domains, cloud servers and managed hosting. It is operated by VEO LINK-FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

The operator
One company, and it is the one on your invoice.
The platform is built and run by VEO LINK-FZE, registered in the United Arab Emirates. The same company appears on your invoice, holds the contract for your services and answers your tickets — there is no reseller layer between you and whoever can actually fix things.
What we sell is NVMe compute you control: root access, snapshots and a console are included on every plan, with nothing gated behind a higher tier. Servers run in 48 regions across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. Where your data sits is your choice, made per server at the point you create it, and we do not move it between regions without you asking.
Everything we sell is priced from one catalogue. The storefront, the cart and the invoice all read the same numbers, which is why the figure you were quoted is the figure that gets charged.
Support
How you reach a person.
Every route below lands in the same queue that the engineers running the platform work from.
- Something is broken
- Email [email protected] or open a ticket from your account. Outages and unreachable servers are worked on 24 hours a day, with a first reply inside an hour.
- You have not bought anything yet
- Email [email protected]. Sizing questions, migration questions and “is this the wrong product for me” questions all belong here. Answered within one business day.
- Something on our network is misbehaving
- Email [email protected] with logs and timestamps. Reports are acknowledged within 24 hours and acted on.
Commitments
Six things we will not quietly change.
These are the parts of a hosting relationship that usually go wrong. Holding ourselves to them in public is the point.
- Renewal prices are printed next to first-year prices
- On every domain result, every plan card and every line in the cart. If a price goes up at renewal, you saw the number before you paid the first one.
- Nothing is pre-ticked
- No add-on arrives in your cart because you did not notice it. Backups, privacy and extra years are choices you make, not defaults you have to remove.
- Leaving is self-service
- Domain authorisation codes, DNS exports, server snapshots and database dumps are all available from the panel without asking. Cancelling does not route you to a retention conversation.
- One account, one invoice, itemised
- Domains, servers and managed plans appear as separate lines on the same bill. You can see what each thing costs without reconciling three portals.
- Support is the team that runs the platform
- The person reading your ticket can read the hypervisor logs. There is no scripted first line whose job is to slow you down.
- We say when something is not ready
- The API reference is not published yet. There is no live status feed yet. Both are written on the pages where you would otherwise assume they exist.
What we are not going to tell you
No customer counts, no stock photographs of a team.
We are not going to publish a headcount, a customer number or a wall of testimonials you cannot verify. None of it would tell you anything true about whether your server stays up.
Judge us on the things that can be checked instead: the price list, the renewal prices beside it, the service level agreement, and how long it takes to get a real answer when you write in.
