How ordering works
Invoice first. Charge only when you pay it.
No card is taken at order time, because there is no card step at all yet — you pay the invoice afterwards, and you can read it first.

Placing the order does not charge you. We create the invoice and email you the payment details.

Provision
Provisioning starts once payment clears. Cloud servers are typically live within the hour; dedicated servers within one business day.
