Exness places each account on one of these servers itself and does not publish which is where. Ask Exness' support which city your account's server is in, then choose that city above.

Setup

From order to a running terminal.

  1. Order

    Choose the city nearest Exness' servers, a size and a term. Windows Server comes installed.

  2. Connect

    Your server is online in under an hour. Sign in with Remote Desktop as Administrator; the address arrives by email and the password is in your client area.

  3. Install MetaTrader

    Download MetaTrader 5 (or 4) from Exness' website on the server, install it, and sign in to your account.

  4. Leave it running

    Attach your EAs and close Remote Desktop: the terminal keeps trading on the server while your own computer is off.

Where are Exness' servers?

Which city should I choose for Exness?
The city of the server your account is on. Exness places each account on one of its servers itself and does not publish which is where, so ask Exness' support which city yours is in, then choose the same city or the nearest one on this page.
How fast is the connection to Exness?
We have not measured it, so we print no figure. Once the server is running, MetaTrader shows the ping to Exness' trade server in the bottom corner of its window; check it there before you move a live strategy.
Exness offers a VPS too. Why buy one here?
Many brokers give a VPS free while you keep a minimum balance or trade a set volume each month, and charge for it otherwise; Exness' current terms are on its own site. Ours has no balance or volume condition, you are Administrator, and you can run terminals from several brokers side by side.
