Not in the price

Nobody patches the operating system but you — this is a self-managed server
No Windows images: every image we ship is Linux
We do not resell control panel licences (cPanel, Plesk or otherwise)
No snapshots or size changes from the panel yet: changing size is a support request, and a copy before a risky change is yours to take
No private networking between servers: traffic between two of your own servers uses their public addresses
Regions cannot be changed in place; moving means a new server and a DNS cutover
Prepaid terms are not pro-rated if you destroy the server early
