A cloud server in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from $29.90 a month: 1 to 4 vCPU, 1 to 8 GB of RAM and 20 to 100 GB of NVMe disk, with one IPv4 address that shows as Saudi Arabia. The machine, its disk and its address are in Riyadh, so the data on it stays in the Kingdom. Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux, with Windows Server 2022 on request; billed monthly, by card or crypto, and online in under an hour.
Prices and sizes are read from the catalogue the cart charges from. Rules and cloud regions checked 21 October 2026.
Step 01
Choose the country
Inside the Kingdom we build in Riyadh. The Gulf cities beside it are outside Saudi Arabia: closer for some users, but the data would then sit in another country.
Sizes are fixed shapes, not sliders. Changing size later is a support request, and a smaller size usually means a new server because a disk cannot shrink.
Step 03
Choose an image
Clean vendor images, nothing preloaded that you did not ask for. You can rebuild onto any other image from the panel at any time.
Every image is the vendor's own, unmodified. If you want the machine configured before you log in, add a start-up script below.
Step 04
Choose a term and add-ons
Terms are prepaid. Annual takes 10% off the same monthly rate — it is a discount for paying up front, not a different product.
Billing term
$101.90 charged every month. Switch to annual at any renewal.
How many
One machine. Each one you add is built separately, with its own address and root password.
Not available on SA2-4 in Riyadh — its supplier has no nightly backup service we can switch on for this machine. Take your own backups off the box, or pick a machine that has them.

The rules, in short
Why the country your data sits in matters.

PDPL · SDAIA
Personal data leaves the Kingdom only on conditions
The Personal Data Protection Law has applied since 14 September 2023, and in full since its one-year grace period ended in September 2024 (summary).
Article 29 lets personal data go abroad only for set purposes, without harm to national security, with protection at least equal to the Law's, and no more of it than needed. The transfer regulation adds the safeguards: an adequate country, standard contractual clauses, binding common rules or a certificate.
A draft, open for comment until 5 November 2026, would have controllers store personal data within the Kingdom while still allowing compliant transfers (summary). It is a proposal, not yet the law.
Both say those data localisation controls moved to the National Data Management Office at SDAIA, and that entities must consult it before acting.
They bind government bodies and operators of critical national infrastructure; for other organisations they are a strong recommendation.
AWS Health Dashboard
What happened to the nearest big-cloud regions in 2026
On 3 March 2026 AWS reported "physical impacts to infrastructure as a result of drone strikes" in its UAE and Bahrain regions, and advised customers to consider migrating to other regions (AWS Health Dashboard).
On 15 September 2026 it said it was unable to restore resources and data hosted only in the Bahrain region.
The lesson for any provider, ours included: keep a copy of anything you cannot lose somewhere else, and know which country each copy is in.

Riyadh, on sale now: from $29.90 a month, monthly, any customer
The server, its disk and its IPv4 address are in Riyadh, so whatever you store on it is stored in the Kingdom. We do not copy, back up or move the data on your server anywhere. If you send data elsewhere yourself (a backup service, a CDN, e-mail), that copy leaves the Kingdom, so choose those services with the same care.
Does a server in Riyadh make me compliant with the PDPL?
Not on its own. The Personal Data Protection Law is about how you collect and use personal data, not only where it sits. Keeping it in the Kingdom removes the cross-border transfer question for what is on the server, which is often the hardest part. This page is a summary, not legal advice; check your own obligations with SDAIA's texts or your adviser.
Can I move my servers from AWS in the UAE or Bahrain to Riyadh?
Yes. A Linux workload moves the usual way: build the server here, copy the data across (rsync, a database dump, or your own backups), test it, then switch DNS. If you want help with the move, ask sales before you order and we quote it separately.
How much does a VPS in Saudi Arabia cost?
From $29.90 a month. The sizes in Riyadh are: SA1-1 (1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 20 GB) $29.90; SA1-2 (1 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 40 GB) $57.90; SA2-4 (2 vCPU, 4 GB RAM, 60 GB) $101.90; SA4-8 (4 vCPU, 8 GB RAM, 100 GB) $194.90. The renewal is the same figure as the first month and there is no setup fee.
Will my server's IP address show as Saudi Arabia?
Yes. The address is in Riyadh, and when we checked it on a live server the main IP-location databases all placed it in Saudi Arabia. Services that look up where you are, such as banking, streaming and game matchmaking, should see a Saudi address.
How much traffic is included in Riyadh?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of outbound traffic, from 200 GB on the smallest plan to 1 TB on the largest, shown next to every plan above. Incoming traffic is not counted. When the allowance is used up the server keeps running at 1 Mbit/s until the next billing month, or you can add 500 GB for $32.90 at any time by contacting sales.
Can I run Windows in Riyadh?
Yes, on request. Our team sets up Windows Server 2022 on the 2 GB, 4 GB and 8 GB plans at the same monthly price as Linux; bring your own license. Send a request from the Windows page for Riyadh and we confirm the details before you pay.
Are backups included in Riyadh?
Not as an add-on yet. Keep your own copies, and if they must stay in the Kingdom too, keep them on a second server in Riyadh: ask sales and we set it up as a backup target.
Can I pay for Riyadh by the hour or in crypto?
Riyadh is billed monthly only; hourly billing is not offered there. You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay) or in crypto.
Which data centre in Riyadh is it?
We do not publish the facility for any city. If your contract needs a named building or a certificate, ask us before you order and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.
