How much does a Windows VPS in Nuremberg cost?

Which Windows versions can I choose?
Windows Server 2022, Standard edition, English. A clean image with nothing preinstalled beyond Windows itself.
How do I connect?
Remote Desktop. The machine listens on port 3389 from the moment it finishes its first boot. Sign in as Administrator with the password in your client area; it is set when the machine is created, so it is the password that actually works. Change it after the first login.
Is the Windows license included?
No. In Nuremberg the machine boots our own Windows Server 2022 Standard image, which runs unactivated as a 180-day evaluation: everything works, Windows only asks to be activated. Activate it with your own Windows Server Standard key whenever you like, or ask us and we will quote a key for you. That is why the Windows price here is the Linux price: there is no license inside it, and we do not pretend there is.
Why is there no 2 GB option in Nuremberg?
Windows Server needs more memory than a small Linux box. We do not sell Windows on anything under 4 GB of RAM because the result is a machine that spends its life swapping, and a machine that cannot be used is not a cheaper machine.
Can I pay by the hour?
Yes. Every size here can be billed by the hour, from $0.019/hr: deploy, test your software, and destroy it when you are done.
What do I get access to?
Full Administrator on a dedicated IPv4, power controls, reinstall and password reset from the client area, and the same support people who built it. No browser console: that rides on an ssh key, which a Windows machine does not carry.
